CONTEST RULES

DECATHLON CMA CGM TEAM — GIRO 2026 EDITION

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZER

This contest (hereinafter referred to as “the Game”) is organized by the company SAS DECATHLON CYCLING TEAM, registered with the RCS of CHAMBERY under SIRET number 440 649 069 00026, with its registered office at 604 RUE DENIS PAPIN, 73290 LA MOTTE-SERVOLEX (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”), as part of the official DECATHLON CMA CGM Team store, accessible at shop.decathloncmacgmteam.com.

ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The Game is open to any natural person of legal age, residing in any country in the world, who has placed at least one order on the official DECATHLON CMA CGM Team store (hereinafter referred to as “the Store”) between June 1, 2026 at 00:00 (Paris time) and June 14, 2026 at 23:59 (Paris time).

Excluded from participation are:
  – Employees of the Organizer and their relatives;
  – Persons who have cancelled or had their order refunded before the closing of the Game;
  – Persons whose order has been rejected or is fraudulent.

Each valid order grants one (1) participation. There can only be one winner per tax household.

ARTICLE 3 – MODALITIES OF PARTICIPATION

Participation is automatic: any order placed and validated on the Store during the Game period constitutes a participation. No additional action is required from the participant.

Participation implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.

ARTICLE 4 – PRIZE TO BE WON

One (1) prize is to be won:

A REPLICA jersey of the DECATHLON CMA CGM Team, 2026 edition, autographed by the riders who participated in the Giro d'Italia 2026.

This jersey is new, not worn in competition. The names and signatures of the signing riders are specifically all the team riders who participated in the Giro d'Italia 2026: ANDRESEN Tobias Lund, GALL Felix, GUDMESTAD Tord, NAESEN Oliver, MÜHLBERGER Gregor, PEDERSEN Rasmus Søjberg, SCOTSON Callum and STAUNE-MITTET Johannes.

The indicative value of the prize is estimated at €69.99. This prize cannot be exchanged, resold, or converted into cash.

ARTICLE 5 – DRAWING

The draw will take place on June 15, 2026 at 10:00 (Paris time), among all valid entries registered on the Store during the Game period.

The draw will be conducted by random computer process. One main winner and one reserve winner will be designated, in case the main winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within the given timeframe.

ARTICLE 6 – WINNER DESIGNATION AND NOTIFICATION

The winner will be contacted by email at the address used during their order, within 5 business days following the draw.

The winner will have 7 business days from the receipt of the message to confirm their full postal address and accept their prize. Failing a response within this period, the reserve winner will be contacted using the same procedure.

The Organizer reserves the right to publish the first name and the first letter of the last name of the winner on its official communication channels.

ARTICLE 7 – PRIZE DELIVERY

The prize will be shipped to the address provided by the winner, by postal service with tracking, within 4 weeks following the confirmation of their details. Shipping costs are covered by the Organizer.

In the event of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the winner, the Organizer cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of the prize.

ARTICLE 8 – PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

The personal data collected as part of the Game (surname, first name, email address, postal address) are processed by the Organizer as data controller, exclusively for the purpose of managing the Game and awarding the prize.

This data is kept for a maximum period of 12 months from the end of the Game, then deleted.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679), each participant has the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and portability of their data, as well as a right to object. These rights can be exercised by writing to: shop@decathlon-cyclingteam.com.

ARTICLE 9 – LIABILITY

The Organizer cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or damage related to the delivery of the prize, nor for any technical failure beyond its control.

The Organizer reserves the right to postpone, modify, or cancel the Game in the event of force majeure, without any compensation being claimed by the participants.
